Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
• Product received is damaged
• Product received is incorrect
• Product packaging is tampered with
Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
Refund Process
If the return request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
